SHORT RUN

Short Runs are just that: records pressed in limited quantities. Sometimes 500, sometimes a dozen. Always numbered. Always rare. These records come from all over the map. Some you might find in very select stores but most you can't: you can only get them right here, right now, with all the cache that exclusivity brings. Short Runs are quirky and different. They might not make the Top 40 but they are still really worth hearing. These discs may change your life, or the world, but they are not for everyone. You'll find some big names here (at least widely known in narrow circles) and some you will have never heard of. Remember, kids, strangers are just friends we haven't met! If you like one, try another and tell your friends. If you don't tell them they won't know and you wouldn't want to be responsible for keeping them in the dark now, would you?
